I don't think those side bags will work with the BikeE seat. I have
the Universal Large:

That's great for light/bulky stuff (jacket, etc.) but you don't want
to put all your cargo weight that high.
If you can find a BikeE underseat rack, then you can put most of your
cargo weight down low. You might also be able to adapt a standard
rear rack behind the seat with a BikeE accessory mount.
