Last summer I went to a GI Joes and found a hitch mounted cargo carrier
which is about a 2'x4' platform made out of a steel mesh with tie down
holes on the edges. I found that my BikeE RX fits on the platform if I
turn the front wheel 90 degrees. I then lash it down with ratchet
straps. The good part is it is not too far off the ground to lift the
bike onto the platform. The bad news is that on a steep driveway the
platform may scrape as you are pulling out. The cost was only $50, much
cheaper than the various hitch monuted racks and I never saw a hitch
mounted rack that would work with the Bike E frame.
