Has anyone had any experience with this product? It's very interesting because
it is
being marketed to BikeE owners only at this time, though they plan to start
making
one for the EZ 1.

Since my accident back in October, I still don't have full power in my right
leg, and the
eight mile daily commute is becoming daunting.

I would never, ever stick a gas engine on my bike. Smelly, dirty, unreliable,
etc etc.

I've used an electric assist in the past, on my DF bike when I lived in Austin,
TX
because of the hills and the heat. It was a fun ride, but that rig will not work
on any
recumbent.

I'd be most interested to hear from someone who actually has this, but comments
and ideas are welcome, too.

This group has been a great resource for me in the past.

Cheers

If I were to go out and buy a scooter either gas or electric, it would cost more than a grand and would not be as comfortable or as fun as BikeE. The thought...

I didn't mean to say that the EcoSpeed kit is no good (it actually looks pretty nice). It's just very expensive. You can search for "currie us pro drive" on...
