Only thing I recall was the front shock on the FX. The seat was not the "sweet seat".
 
I changes to handelbars that are a little like "ape hangers".They rise up and sweep back. The hand part is lower than the stock bars, but the knees still have plenty of clearence. Also the bars are 24" wide compared to the stock 17" bars. Steering is not nearly as touchy with the new bars.
