I tried the Bikee rack and didnt like it because my bags wouldn't
work on it. (They dragged) So I built my own. I took a rear rack of
of a bike I was no longer using. I cut the side pieces off since
they were too short. then I took a BikeE accesory clamp and
positioned it on the bike. I next drilled a whole in the rack so I
could bolt it to the accesory clamp. (By the way, if you dont have
one of these you can get something similar from ron at
WhytoolE@...) then I had to support the back of the rack. I
fashioned a "U" shaped piece of aluminum that was just the width of
the rack and about 1" long on the legs of the U. I drilled holes in
this to attach legs that I attached near the axle. On my CT there is
a hole drilled and tapped for attaching things there. I also had to
drill a hole in each side piece sand insert an eye bolt so I could
fasten the bottom of my pannier there. I hope this helps. If my
writing is clear as mud, please feel free to contact me with any
questions.
