Does anybody out there know if there is somebody (Bike Shop) in the Los Angeles,
Ca. area that works on Bike-e?, I need to replace the plastic tube that runs
along the chain (upper portion), or any ideas? please let me know, mine just
broke off while riding along with the velcro strap and I dont remember how it is
supposed to look when I put the two parts back together. Can someone take some
camera shots and e-mail them to me please. thanks in advance.

I also use the tube.  The chain wobble is worse without it and you are much more likely to have a chain tattoo. You might give Richard's Cyclery a call. ...
