I have a CT and never had the Pannier Racks.

I used to use a back pack on the back of my seat but the back part of the seat
fame broke and (very fortunately) I found a new one. Now I'm reluctant to hang
anything on it. So I'd like to be able to use panniers but I can't find the
rack.

Does anyone know of a source? Used is fine.

Does anyone know of a substitute model that could be made to work?

Does anyone have any other ideas? I do have a pair of "Accessory Mounting
Brackets" available - these might work with a traditional rack but they'd have
to go in front of the seat and I'm not sure how it would play with the chain.
