I replaced one with some Teflon tubing from Home Depot. The only trick was anchoring the tubing - Teflon is slippery! This was a few years ago, so the exact technique has faded from memory.....

I still have my BikeE CT (1999) the Teflon tube is attached to the frame with Velcro tape. Let me know if you need more details than that. Doug...
