My guess is that the stick-on stripes eliminate the problem of wet paint. I
can't imagine that they cost less than paint. A couple of times I've seen
where they didn't stick so well, and there were pieces of white line
scattered around. It is something to watch for, especially on a bike.

Has any one noticed that the white lines on crossworks, etc are VERY slippery?? They are not painted on, they seem to be pre-cut and stuck on , like a stencil....
