Hi Gang!

As of right now, the forecast looks good for Saturday. Considering the
closure of the Jones Beach bike path at Cedar Creek, and the fact that
this is the first ride of the season, we'll probably do a 20-miler,
riding between Bethpage State Park and Cedar Creek Park.

On the Saturdays that follow, we'll try to build up some more distance
for the benefit of those who will be riding in the 5-Boro Tour. This
may involve routes that we've never done before, using cue sheets like
the serious bikers do, instead of the usual maps. It sounds like a
possible adventure to me.

6am on Saturday morning.
