Just a quick note about waiting for the Ferry that I forgot to share.
In fact, if it rains in the future and you guys and gals are doing this
ride, you too may want to bring a small rag or two.

While waiting for the ferry I took out my rags and cleaned my bike. By
the time the line started moving it looked like I rode it through clear
weather with hardly anything left to clean when I got home. It really
did help pass the time away (at least about 40 minutes worth since I
did it slowly) while providing whispered entertainment from those who
witnessed me.
