SAFETY

Ride at your own risk. Helmets are required. Eye protection is strongly recommended as are bike gloves which will not only pad your hands during the ride, but could protect them in the event of a fall or from cold weather. Bring plenty of water, and enough food to carry you through the ride. Bring a cell phone if you have it. Basic first-aid supplies and any special medications you might need are a good idea too as the leader will not have first aid equipment and is not medically trained. A bike lock could be useful. Remember, stuff happens. We do not provide mechanical support, a sag wagon, or medical treatment. We DO provide moral support and occasional laughs.

You will be required to sign a release form before beginning this ride so be sure to arrive by 9:45 to allow time to sign in and receive route details.

FOUL WEATHER

For inclement weather call Krystal at 631-258-9156 (cell) between 6 and 8 am. on the morning of the trip to find out if it is cancelled.
