Yes, there's many kinds of bike maps for LI but, for a start, go to
this URL - http://www.webscope.com/li/cycling.html.

Sounds like you had a great ride. I live in East Meadow and am always
looking for someone to ride with. I usually ride to the beach and
back or to the north shore and back to my home.
