Re: [Bicycle_Restoration] Re: Shock

Hi russ! Let me check the size on the steer tube and make sure.   It has a set of suspended forks that are pretty good, the frame shock is what is missing.  I may look into putting a simple tube with bolts through it in there and make it rigid.  Or maybe doing something entirely different and make a cargo bike out of it.  i REALLY appreceate the offer!  I will take a look to make sure it would fit!

Thanks! and Good times will come.  Life is a cycle, sometimes you are the bug and sometimes you are the windshield!

I've got a nearly new rigid fork if you need it.  I know it's not
suspension, but it's the only one I've got laying around.  It's a 1

burgundy metallic if that matters.

Drop me a line if you (or anyone, for that matter) needs it.  It's
been sitting around for 10 years now, but it's in fantastic shape.  It
came off a 96 Trek 8000 zx I had in college.  It got stolen in 97 and
I've had no need to use it since.

Hope you get what you're looking for, and hope better times are upon
you soon. R
