Anyone want to have a meeting to discuss things? Last week,
I thought we absolutely needed one, but I think we’ve weathered the storm
and it’s not so critical now, but we should discuss things. I’m
pushing for some changes and Phil’s going to help us. Maybe you have
some ideas for changes I should get to Phil too. We could decide on a tool
loan policy/procedure.
The DCR also proposed meeting with us real soon.
I really like the Arc Shop as a location for our meeting.
Maybe sometime next week? 6 PM? I can do any day but Wednesday. Chris –
can we meet there? Any day better than others?

Next week I can only do Wed then its the 4th weekend. I know Wed are out for people so for me I have open: July 8, 15, 17 or 18th. Yes we should vote on a policy for tools and how it will work. Ruth

Excuse me here but my section was the best!!! Yeah Dave how did you manage to get that distinction with a broken rib????
Wed July 2 at 6 is ok for me to meet but lets firm that up with Chris
I won't be here July 12/13 but I will be around July 5/6 even if we don't have a formal work party we can still put the word out.
I'm fine with Neal or other trail leaders signing out tools before our meeting - tools are at Bill's
I don't agree with the "don't ask - don't tell policy. These tools were purchased by Berkshire NEMBA for building legal singletrack. Sooner or later people will be caught building illegal trails and it would not look good when they are caught with a Berkshire NEMBA tool in their hands.
I knew that was Becky in that picture. :-) They're doing one massive
bench cutting job there. Where/when was that?

Becky working the trail has a caption which though funny is very
unfortunate. It says something like "Big Hair Makes Good Trails."

Hey,
Just wanted to let you know that I don't have much to meet about yet.
1. Grant is still waiting for signatures.
2. Family Trail proposal also is waiting for signatures.
