You know those times when you get excited and you raise your hand to
volunteer yourself...and then you realize what it's gonna take when
everybody says "Yeah!"?

Well - I just volunteered to invite folks who use human powered
transportation or alternative vehicles(primarily commuting) to visit
our community college in Olympia, Washington the day after Earth Day
(Thursday April 23rd from Noon - 2:30 p.m. for a Sustainability
presentaion/demonstration/show & tell. Loosely, as I see it it could
include bikes, trikes, both pedal and power assist, velomobiles, e-
cars, conversions etc. I plan to bring my two trikes, and two or three
e-bike projects I hope to have completed by then. I'm going to cross
post this on power-assist and e-motor assist, as well as bentpacNW.

Please contact me directly or through the list if you are willing and
able and interested in participating. Last year was our first year
doing this in a big way, and just by bringing my Giant SuedeE to
campusand allowing test rides, etc. it generated a whole lot of
interest (and smiles!). Since I had a tadpole trike and my delta
trike there as well, the smiles multiplied!
