I was just looking at the rides by Capital Bike Club online - I'm
interested. I take this ride in the reverse for my commute a couple
times a week, hope to do more. It's a nice slice of paradise! I'm
definitely a slow spoker, though.../

I am leading a 25-30 mile ride in Lacey on Sunday,July 27th. It will start at the Starbucks near the intersection of the Yelm Highway and College/Rainier Rd....

JD: I'm in Redmond so its a little far to drive to Lacey. But having said that, I'm mostly a solo bent rider. Usually moderate pace ... overlaps your speed...
