PANTOUR/VELOCITY 451 Recumbent front wheel with tubes

This is a Velocity Aero Heat 451-20 inch rim with a Pantour Prolite suspension hub, bladed spokes and adjustable trajectory hub. This is a front wheel for a recumbent bike. It includes mounted Schwalbe Stelvio tire as well as a new Schwalbe Stelvio, still in the box along with three new tubes. It is 3 years old with approximately 2000 easy miles on it. It runs smooth with a straight rim. Skewer is not included. It was taken off my wife's bike after she converted to a 406 to match our other tires. These items are valued at over $500 new.
