Description

We are a group of local cycling enthusiasts, here in the Pacific Northwest, who enjoy biking in general. Although we focus mainly on recumbents, we welcome roadies and others to join us. Our goal is to share ideas, knowledge, experiences, photos and our enthusiasm for local group riding, training and events. This is a great place to coordinate "get-togethers" for coffee/bakery rides, training rides, leisurely rides, picnics, etc.

Re: PowerGrip straps/pedals vs clips
Haven't tried the PowerGrips, but they won't do a whole lot to keep your feet from slipping down the pedals on a trike. SPDs worked well enough for me for my
