Dear all

 

We are very much looking forward to seeing you all for the 2008 Great Wall Ice Breaker Tournament in Beijing.

 

Please see the various attachments for more details on the tournament.  I have included:

1. A copy of the tournament rules

2. A copy of the tournament schedule

3. A copy of the bus schedules (N.B. Only applicable for those teams that are travelling to Beijing).

4. Map of The Den and address in Chinese.

 

All teams will be picked up on arrival in Beijing and taken to your respective hotels.

 

All teams are invited to The Den for a reception (Tel 65926290) on Friday night from 9 pm (or whenever they arrive) for a drink or two.

 

On the Saturday all team captains and refs are requested to be present at The Den for a briefing, please all ensure that you make your own way there.  Briefing which will start promptly at 07.30 am! It is imperative that all are on time, please respect this!  Please can all captains pay tournament fees at this briefing. 

 

Captains and refs will then be provided transport to the ground.  The remainder of your respective teams will be picked up (as indicated in the attached schedule) and taken to the pitches.

 

After the play has finished touring teams will once again be provided transport to your respective hotels, but please can all Beijing teams organise your own transportation.

 

A Tournament Dinner will take place at 8 pm.  Details will be given to captains at the briefing.
