Beat Mike Week 7
Provost, MacDonald, and Bryden Week
Welcome to Week 7. This week is Provost, MacDonald, and Bryden week. These three are known to people of PV8 as "The Three Musketeers," "The Three Amigos," "The Trio," and so on, but these three are best known for being the three who sit at the entrance of the Voluteer/Exhibitor lounge at the Springfield RV Camping & Outdoor Show from 1998-2003 (only one out of the three was alive for the 2004 show). They would sit at the entrance making sure that you had your badge or they wouldn't let you go to the lounge. The trio would also hang out together at campouts and other activities that the camping club have. The three are now in Heaven with their husbands all of them hanging out together. The first of the three that went was Gloria Provost on October 6, 2003. Helen MacDonald followed on January 11, 2004. Then recently, Charlotte Bryden died on October 14, 2004. The picture that displayed is of Charlotte Bryden and Gloria Provost working at the camping show in 2003 (note: both of them are wearing a green patch that I designed for the 2003 show. The 2005 patch will be another patch that I would design). Well, that's enough of that for one e-mail! Here's the games for Week 7:
