This club is an informal information exchange area for runners in and around the Bay Area in California. Places to run, trail conditions, race critiques, training techniques, and area training programs can be discussed here.

This list is primarily for use as a communication and information tool for people who want to hook up for their running pursuits.

We are not sponsored by a specific organization or club, so the discussions should be free and open! Visitors to the Bay Area, those relocating here, and out-of-town runners are also encouraged to join.

The "Photos" section can be used to post pictures with running content. Feel free to post any event or running pictures that you think are appropriate.

The "Links" section contains links to running information for the novice, marathoner, and ultra marathoner. Feel free to post your own links.
