I would have to agree. I have been training in Gouren for about 2
years now and we have discussed this very issue. While we do agree
that some sort of training standard needs to be established, the
belting system is not included in the plans. We have thought of a
basic patch system that would maybe be divided into 3 levels. The
patches would be the same, except for the colors. Just a thought.
