dear gents, today's mail just arrived i recieved a small package from
england ------it had sections from the british jiu jitsu society
which was based in 29 warwick row coventry in the early 1920's it was
founded earlier by garrud, longhurst and sutherland in an attempt to
form a jiu jitsu system and group based on their teachers [ uyenishi,
tani, and i will have to believe to some extent barton-wright ] ------
-the two sections are on ground manoeuvres [ spelt that way ] and
nerve pinches and fatal blows and nerve pinches. my instructor[ mr
carl cestari ---expert in ww2 jiu jitsu, early boxing methods and
unarmed combatives is quite an historian on jiu jitsu and told me
about the 3 fellows forming this society ] tuned me into this---i
wish i had the entire manual [ it seems there were 10-12 parts ] as
the introduction would have been fascinating!]-------small part

YUOR LEFT LEG.NOTICE THAT THIS IS KIND OF A BACKWARDS KICK , BECAUSE
IN THE ACT OF DELIVERING IT YOU ARE LEANING SIDEWAYS AWAY FROM YOUR
OPPONENT. BRING YOUR LEFT FOOT TO THE GROUND AGAINM AND CONTINUING TO
TURN AROUND, IN A RIGHT ABOUT TURN , YOU DELIVER ANOTHER PARTLY
SIDEWAYS AND PARTLT BACKWARDS KICK WITH YOUR RIGHT FOOT. YOU ARE NOW
READY TO DELIVER ANOTHER KICK WITH YOUR LEFT FOOT. BY FOLLOWING THESE
INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY IT WILL BE EASY TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE KICK IS
DONE, AND AFTER THAT ONLY PRACTICE IS REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO KICK
ACCURATELY AND EFFECTIVELY . IT IS JUST AS WELL TO START PRACTICE BY
