Tiller stem

Hi all,
I've now got my new custom-made asymetric (but not offset) front fork
(I'll post pictures shortly), but I noticed that the bottom half of the
handle-bar tiller is badly cracked.

Does anyone know if Optima sells these by themselves as spare parts?

Also, is there a difference in angle between the Baron, and the Low
Baron? I think that the current stem is a bit too high in my face when
the seat's down, so a lower angle might be nice.

Are there any other stem / handlebar alternatives I should look at?

Thanks,
David Drew
