hope you can find some other barefoot runners and add to the European contingent.
Got lost on the wrong bike path doing it but it was too smooth to ignore and got 16 miles for week of July 6 - July 12 in preparation for our PNW RunningBarefoot Festival with a Saturday 3,3 miler and Sunday trail event (pretty rocky so i can't call it running but maybe other bare feet will show up).
thanks,

Fourteen year old kids think that their parents are aliens, anyway!!! Ha! This will be our last with our youngest daughter, Andrea, who is going off to college this year. This will be her first time to Europe, so it will be fun for us to show her around (our 7th trip in 10 years!).
You guys have a great time in Canada, Peter. At least the Canadian dollar will be friendlier to you than the British pound to us!! :-)
Cheers!

I wish you a great time in Europe! Paris and London are nice places to be.
We will also cross the Atlantic, but just the way around. We will be visiting Canada (mostly Ontario) for 3 weeks in two weeks time. Since our boys are 21 and 19 this will probably our last holiday as a family. A pity for our 14 yr old daughter who probably doesn't really look forward to going on holiday with just her parents. :-)
again, have a nice trip!

Hey Mike! Congrats on finishing your first ever barefoot race and
your longest barefoot run to date!!
Thanks for being a good ambassador out there for bf running. Some
folks have "ears to hear" and others wouldn't understand. Thanks for
the report and the miles!
