Weekly Barefoot Mileage Roundup ....   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #668 of 4695 |
In order to create sort of a team endeavor that we can all play,
let's start doing a round-up of weekly barefoot miles and see how it
grows.

Rules (or suggestions for those who don't like rules)

1. Only barefoot miles count

2. Some runners record mileage from Sunday through Saturday. Some,
like me, record mileage Monday through Sunday. Anyway, barefoot miles
should be posted no later than Monday night (whenever that is for
you) so that I can add them up on Tuesday and post the results.

That's it. That's all the rules.

Then, we can record how many runners and how many collective miles,
and then do an average miles per runner.

For instance, if Joe ran 10, Beth ran 50, and I ran 30, then the
total would be 90 and the average per runner would be 30 miles.

So, on Sunday when I usually post the "Weekly Reader" (or if someone
else wants to start the topic on weekly totals) we will all reply to
that thread for our first week's total.

Maybe we can add week after week of totals into a spreadsheet and see
how we're doing?

This, I am hoping, will motivate us all to run more and love barefoot
running more by just doing it!

BR
