Re: [BarefootRick] New member intro and question

Welcome Tia. Well, bad knees is why I started running barefoot. I recommend that you read a couple of things on my website:

Barefoot Rick's FAQ Page

Also, at the bottom of this page are two writings about my first and second year of running barefoot. They will hopefully answer some of your questions.

  • Reflections on a Year of Barefoot Running

  • Reflections on Two Years of Barefoot Running

Hello all, I'm 46 female wanna be runner. Have experienced knee pain since buy new shoes. Have done lots of reading re barefoot and am considering it. However I'm a sook so will try five fingers to ease me into it. Does anone here have success with fixing knee pain and being barefoot? Hope this makes sense I'm rushing off to work. TIA Karni
