Coldest run of the season, so far ...   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #39 of 4719 |

Not real cold, but it was 45 degrees with a cold, driving rain with
windchill at 38 degrees. The first mile was a little cold. My body
got used to running in warmer weather. It needs to remember the
barefoot runs from last winter. My feet felt great after a mile or
so. Cold weather obviously makes our skin contract so it is a
different feeling on the balls of the feet. All in all, a good run.
Lots of stares and some honking. I love it!

6.101 miles at 8:47 pace
