Weekly Barefoot Mileage - WE 7/4 & 7/5/2009

I had 21.5 miles this week; 10K of that was at the 40th AJC Peachtree Road Race on July 4th!  Wow!  I've never ran with 55,000 people before.  Quite an awesome event.  I met up with a new barefoot running friend who gave up his subseeded position to run with me.  I was quite honored.  It was really exciting and fun to run with another barefooter!
 
Happy anniversary, Mike!  I hope everyone had a great Independence Day!
