Having problems with message search?
23.97 bf running miles for me this past week. I have a 10K coming up on the 4th. This will be a good gauge of my bf progress. I ran this same 10K barefoot last year.

Over 550 barefoot running miles since January 1, 2009.
Over 1440 barefoot running miles since June 5, 2007.
2009 goals:
1. Give more praise and glory to YHVH.
2. Run at least 800 barefoot miles during 2009.
3. Run at least 1 Half-Marathon race barefooted.
