Forgot to mention a good article in Runner's World, I think Oct 2004,
about the Pose method. The author did interview me and is now a
barefoot runner as well. Runner's World apparently cut out any
references in his article to running barefoot before publishing,
probably to make Amby Burfoot's article on barefoot running, in a
previous issue, stand out more.
