Mine was a bit of a taper from last week ... ran 59 miles this week
with nothing over 10 miles a run. Legs are feeling rather dead,
probably from racing the previous two weekends. Most of my runs this
week were over a 9 minute pace.
Will probably try to run 5 miles a day M-F this week and then call it
good enough for Boston on April 18:
