A fairly competitive team is looking for two last runners due to drop outs, male
or female, to join their team. Expected pace for 10K is 6:30 - 7:30 miles. Race
starts in Cumberland at 11:00 PM next Friday, and goes through Saturday. The
team is hoping to finish about 1:00 PM on Saturday. My guess is 3 legs of 5 - 7
miles each with 12 runners per team.

I am happy to post your running event on this e-zine. The best way is to send
the relevant information - Race, distance, date, time, place and other
information directly to this address in an email format. It will not accept
attachments or pdf files.
The second best way is to send the same email to me at my personal email address
so that I can copy and paste or forward to this one.
This year I have received several requests asking me to go to the event website
and get the information myself, which I do not have time to do, especially if it
involves re-typing something that I can't copy and paste. This is the worst way
to ask me to promote your event!
So if you want me to deliver the your message, make sure that you do the
preliminary work to deliver the details to me.
