Saturday's Group Run:

This route
is 9.2 miles, to make it 10+ just add on a loop around the lake. Some people
will be running more and some less, depending on their current fitness levels.
If you're racing the Marathon you should be able to run the loop plus an extra
lake loop. If you are running the Half Marathon the turn arounds can be at Cold
Spring Lane for 5 and Northern Parkway for 8. There will be a water stop at the
trolley stop at 847 W University Parkway, which is miles 2 and 7. Please make
sure you stay in the bike lanes for safety.
