Hi Jim – Great to talk today. I’m excited to be there for your training run on
Sept 20th for a post run stretch. I’m running the relay again this year, so
I’ll be there by 6:30 for anyone who wants to join me for a pre run yoga warm up
(at 6:45) Also, below is a short description for marketing / promotion (let me
know if you need anything else…) I can give you some videos to give away, or
coupons, or whatever – just let me know.
Post Run Yoga Stretch: After your training run, stick around for a quick yoga
stretch session with local yoga teacher and runner, Karen Dubs
(www.flexiblewarrior.com). Starting at 8:45 and running every 15 – 20 minutes,
Karen will lead you through a restorative Yoga for Runners flexibility sequence.
Drop in at any time after your run (the sequence will repeat – Do it once, or
repeat it several times!) No yoga experience required. Bring a big beach towel
