What I didn't get was the play where there was a false start by Tenn
and we wound up with a roughing the QB. Why wasn't the play whistled
dead? Anyway this game was on Stover and Suggs but the penalties
overall shows this team really hasn't changed that much.I meantere's
some positives,Flacco isn't overmatched but the game plans suck. Heap
only had 3 catches coming into today.This teams missing something,maybe
a home run hitter WR.

Very questionable call indeed. That was not roughing the passer, Terell touched Kerry Collins' shoulder pad, not his helmet. That call was one of the key...
