these picks come from loosing free agents to other teams. Thomas was consider a
top notch player so the reward was good for the Ravens.
Mullitalo,Pashos,Mughelli where starters on other teams in 2007.
Its a good system, the NFL and MLB do this, harder to notice in the MLB
because the talent pool is more abroad.

Four teams will get extra selections in the third round of the April 26-27
draft.
The Washington Redskins, Cincinnati Bengals, Atlanta Falcons and Baltimore
Ravens will make compensatory picks at the end of the third round, the Redskins
starting with the 96th overall selection.

Baltimore also gets an extra choice after the fourth, sixth and seventh rounds.
