This is the most skitzo FO I've ever seen.For every good move they
make they make 5 bad ones.First they left Phelps exposed to the rule
5 while keeping bums like Marino Salvas on the 40 man roster. They
later dumped him any way.They drafted Donchaie who could have been a
very good back up catcher one day and had to give him back to KC.Why
draft him inthe first place knowing they couldn't carry 3 catchers on
the team? They have Wright in the rotation when Penn should have
gotten that spot so he can continue his development.After all the
moves and shuffling they don't have a lefty raker even though it was
a glaring weakness last year. they are going to carry 13 pitchers and
only 3 bench players. Apparently Williams is going to be optioned
because they couldn't find a taker and keep Burres,so they have 3
lefties in the bullpen now.Perlozzo is totally phobic about his
starters not being able to go 6 innings.Millar truely sucks and
should have never been resigned. I'd much rather see Knott,Dubois or
house on the team than him.Despite all this they will still have a
pretty good starting 9 once Payton returns.
