I sometimes forget myself....LOL... Thanks for letting me know.  How about if we say sometime before school starts, like Labor Day weekend. 

For those who may be stuck as what to write about, remember it doesn't have to be very long.  Think of this similar to writing to a potential sponsor.  Why should Skagit county want you and the awesome BMX community you are a part of, what makes us so special to be given our own park?  (remember you are selling yourself and bmx, not asking for a park in your letter)
Include good grades at school, awards, other community groups you belong to that make a difference, etc.  ....leave out any jail time.. LOL.
