Here is how I see it, My view on it somewhat.....
Overall the aba site, it looks and works pretty good
for people using high speed internet access like dsl
broad band or fiber access, but it crawls using a dial up.

It really loads slow for people with a 56k dial up internet
phone connections. I know, who uses a 56k now days?
Well you would be suppressed on how many out there still
use a 56k dial up connection. Should aba base there target
for that? Well that's up to them. Its there loss if people walk
away because it loads slow because they use a flash template.

The flashy template layout is nothing new , well it is for the aba;
it makes for slows load time is all. Like said, it looks and works

layout used is not to original, When I go to the aba site, I go there
to get and see information. If people want a movie, They will go to
the theater for that. Why be the same as every joe blow site out there,
Why Not Be Original!, Being "Original" is typing the code and text,
key stroke by key stroke page by page and "Not" using a pre made
template where you just put your text in and drop in to a body. A
pre made template is just a fast and easy-lazy way to do it and it
shows lack of creativity. BUT lack of creativity is certainly starting
to be seen for many of the commercial web sites now days by people.

The aba should have an opps for people to choose from a basic page
or a flash page on the index page and be thinking of the people that
do have the 56k dial up connection that are running slower than others
That is if they are going to keep using flash templates. This is not the
first time that aba has run flash, they did a few years back and alot of

The new lay out of the aba site is nice looking but it is lacking too.
I'm sure others may disagree with me in what they
would consider a good site is. But something of wise,
