I'm pondering platform pedals, so I have more range of foot placement.
I don't tend to pedal one-footed, but I do rest my feet when coasting,
and I do "wipe" at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
How well do they cope with that, and what should I look for in a pedal?
I would like to try it, but not spend a couple of hundred (aussie)
dollars to find I don't like them. So what's good in a platform
pedal, which features should I look for in a cheapie so I'd get an
idea if they are for me without spending big bucks?
