Re: [Bacchetta_Bikes] Commuter Bag & Mirror type

I use the terracycle midship rack

t_Code=BachRack&Category_Code=R

and Arkel briefcase pannier.

Neither is the cheapest solution around (I think the weak dollar has added to
the Arkel's price lately), but worth it if you commute by bike regularly. I've
been using both almost daily for several years. Only problem has been a cracked
buckle, which Arkel quickly and happily replaced

I don't carry a laptop regularly, but having it low and centered when I do is a
good thing. But if you get the rack, lots of pannier options are available.

I'm also a handle-bar mirror guy, the Evo lite works for me.

[Bacchetta_Bikes] Commuter Bag & Mirror type

I need to carry a dress shirt and slacks to work on a Giro 26. The
Bacchetta brain box is too small.
Any alternatives that folks have tested? I'd prefer to avoid a rear
rack. I have the Euro Mesh seat.

Also, which do you guys prefer - handlebar or helmet/eyeglass mirror?

Cheers,

Great comments - keep 'em coming :) Will the Rans computer brief case work with a Giro 26 Euro Mesh seat?...
