A garmin GPS works great. However I think the edge
series sucks. I favor the Vista of which I have two,
one for each bent.
Shoes, When I put my foot down I put it down heel
first. NOT toe first like the DFs do. I had a pair of
shoes with a plastic heel and have fallen because the
heel slipped. Now I have the Shimano sandals with
almost tire tread and have discovered a new confidence
in stopping.
