I had a Para Ordnance P14-45 that did that or worse 14 at one pull ( I did
sell 5 boxes of candy one night 4 and 7 on others for sons little
league buy a candy get a chance to get it to go full auto
) or wouldn't fire at all, not a good thing in a gun I was going to
carry , 5 trips back to factory repair and it worked after last trip shot a
few bullseys and ipsc matches a few stovepipes but it
never shot more then 1 bullet at a time per trigger pull or did
nothing , I ended up getting rid of it.... reason
given I hadn't cleaned it right the person that wrote that I spoke to and asked
what was the right was to clean a Canadian 1911? different then a colt or kimber
couldnt tell me the difference...I just couldn't trust it for carry ....BTW full
auto on a full size .45 is not fun when you are not ready for it but the second
and beyond times it was nice and a great
fund raiser

Hello "walter3082000"
Did Rock River give a reason WHY your 'near new and unaltered' pistol
was 'firing twice on a trigger pull' ... ???
I only ask because I had a similar problem with a brand new Kimber
years ago. After two trips back to the factory it finally came back
properly repaired and is perhaps the most RELIABLE & ACCURATE of ALL
the .45's I have ever shot. BUT... Kimber would NOT explain just WHAT
was fixed. That didn't go down to well with me.
Anyway... It's great to know Rock River stands behind their product.
Good Luck & Great Shooting,
SR25MK4
