Not knowing what your motivation is -- BE practice or Competitive Air Pistol
itself -- I'll toss in my penny <not worth 2 cents>
If practice is your reason...
I found a Daisy 747 for $100. Shoots straight at 10 meters...provides good
practice for stance, aim, hold, breath control, trigger control...everything,
really, but recoil control. I don't know what the IZH-46M--a very nice pistol
don't get me wrong--could do better at twice the price.
I found it very good used by posting WTB notices here and at Target Talk.

Subject: [BULLSEYESHOOTERS] Gamo air pistol
Has anyone had good results with the $200 GAMO air pistol? I need a 10 meter
air
pistol to get started, and the price is affordable. Can move up to a fine
target air
pistol when I earn some money. Until then would the GAMO be sufficient?
