A new kind of group ride...in support of the Trails and Open Space
Coalition (TOSC) AND Trails, Open Space and Parks (TOPS):

Details:
EVERYONE is welcome. Hikers, Cyclists, Mountain Bikers, etc.
essentially anyone with an interest in preserving the trails and open
spaces in Colorado Springs.

Meet at 11:00am on Saturday the 15th of March, between 28th and 29th
Streets on Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City. The TOSC group is
#87. The parade route is only 1 mile long - bring the kids and their
bikes too! The parade is set to begin at noon.

If you can - attach a sign to your bike, helmet, clothing, etc.
reading: VOTE YES ON 1A, or VOTE YES FOR TOPS, etc.

Show your support of the TOPS Extension ballot issue! This is not an
increase, but an extension. Without this extension we will lose
major funding for maintenance and expansion of open space and trails
in Colorado Springs.

voters in April of 1997.
