This one bike is complete and would be a great restoration project - a bike
that's nearly impossible to find. Price is firm.
No dents or crashes. Has surficial rust on the chrome, needs cleanup and
restoration, but all original.
Serial No.: BYU218
Seat tube is 57cm center to center; top tube is 57cm center to center.
Standover height is: 32.5"
Lugged chromoly steel
Chromed Campagnolo dropouts
Horizontal rear dropouts with axle adjusters
Original black paint with original headbadge and seat tube badge

53cm, this is the reason I'm selling it as it is to small. The De Rosa is in
very good condition with only slight pitting on the chrome. Few paint chips here

Mike Bornstein built up three custom tandem tubesets for Nim's Cycles in Ames.
This one
was built in the mid 70's.
It is classified as a Marathon style frameset and is the work of a master frame
builder.

Nice condition Shogun 1500 18 speed touring bicycle. Has Champion # 2 tubing
which makes for a nice ride. Shifting is done by Shimano Deore XT generation one
derailleurs. Stopping is done by Shimano cantilever brakes. I added fenders to
the front and back to keep the elements from spraying up on you. There is a rear
bicycle rack for your convenience. Bottom bracket is a Tange sealed style and
the wheels are 27 1/4" with cartridge bearings. Seat Post is a Sr Laprade fluted
style. There are double braze ons on the downtube. Nice condition overall. Frame
is 21"/ 53cm measured from the center of the crank to the top of the seat post.
If you have any questions about the bike please feel free to ask. $200.00 cash .
