So we are one month away and currently have 105 hashers registered for the 1000th celebration! ! That is a SUPER sweet turnout so far and I'm getting VERY excited as we have a diverse crowd cumming from all over the place! Check here to see who's cumming so far:
If you haven't done so already, you need to register by MAY 17, 2008 to guarantee you'll get gimmees. That's this cumming Saturday ya wanks! There is a PayPal option available so you can pay online... :)
If you register after May 17, there is no guarantee that you will receive the gimmees. Two of the three gimmees we have planned have already been ordered so it's first cum, first served on those after this weekend... And I'll be submitting the final shirt quantity around May 29...
PLEASE NOTE !! If you are planning to stay at the Hash hotel (which I highly recommend) you need to book your room ASAP to guarantee the discounted rate! Make sure to mention that you are with the Hash House Harriers and are to get the discounted rate of $59.00 per night. Also mention that you are to be booked into the "annexed" building (we have it all to ourselves so we can stay up late and get crazy w/o bothering any other guests they might have)
