Alright Hashers,

 

Bad news, Ren faire is probably going to be cancelled. Due to not having enough sign ups to cover costs, this year event will be cancelled. I have only until June 30th to finalize all the details. After that I need to concentrate on other activities.

Only 18 Hashers have paid to this point. Those paid are listed below. If I missed anyone (which is possible) let me know by replying to this email. 35 are needed to cover bus and faire costs.

If this event is to happen payment must be made by June 30th unless other arrangements are made personally with me. I hate to do this but I cannot keep the Faire personnel waiting, cover the costs of the feast or faire/bus/food and be deployed without having it finalized.

All monies paid to date will be refunded in FULL to those that have paid.

Today is Wednesday, June 28th. The next 2 days will determine the outcome. If this event is to happen those of you waiting, procrastinating or just sittin' on the fence need to get up and pay up.
